Development environment improvements

• Add verified users to test fixtures so that we can easily populate the development database to log in easily.

• Add the ability for users to remove themselves.
• Add the ability for Customers to request a connection with Providers after finding them via search.
• Improve tests for recurrent Free Slots and Bookings.
• Integrate all the parts of the system.
