Vision Statement
Our objective is to achieve increased operational effectiveness and efficiencies in project processes’. To achieve this we will create a new application for mobility platforms to help individuals understand the tasks required of them on a day to day basis. Moreover, will enable managers to handle projects by exception,instead of checking the status of each task separately. Allowing them to check which tasks have been completed seamlessly as well as manage tasks when they fail. In case of task failure, our system will also help escalate problems hierarchically, manage timeline dependencies and the rescheduling of all affected tasks.
