Use Cases

Register

• Actor: New user
• Goal: Register user
• Main path:
  1. Click "Register"
  2. Fill in detail information, e.g. name, email and photo
  3. Click "Signup"
  4. Return to Login screen

Login

• Actor: Registered user
• Goal: Login the app
• Main path:
  1. Input username and password
     1. Check "Remember me"
  2. Click Login
     1. Get failure message
     2. Login again
  3. Goto main page

Create project

• Actor: Registered user
• Goal: Create a new porject
• Main path:
  1. Click "Create a project"
  2. Fill in project information, e.g. name. members and descrpition
  3. Click "Create"

Create independent or dependent task

• Actor: Registered user
• Goal: Create tasks; the user has already logged in the system
• Main Path:
1. Click "create new task"
2. Fill in task features e.g. name, information, deadline, priority and workload
3. Want this task to be independent
   1. Want this task to be dependent
   2. View already created tasks and selects one to be dependent on
   3. Create independent / dependent task
4. Save the task
5. Add member to this task

View Task

• Actor: Registered user
• Goal: Check today's tasks
• Main path:
  1. Log in
  2. Select from Dashboard "today's tasks"
  3. View tasks

Complete Task

• Actor: User
• Goal: Complete tasks
• Main path:
  1. Login
  2. Select from Dashboard
  3. Select task
  4. Check task completed

Extend task

• Goal: Extend a task
• Main path:
  1. Select a task from desired location
  2. Input extended date
  3. Click "Extend"

• Goal: Task Owner changes task information

  3. Edit fields
  4. Save

• Main path:
  1. User login to Dashboard
  2. Select task alert
  3. Task due alert shows
  4. Select task extension
  5. Input from user for extension
  6. Close with new extension
